Fuel Agreement definition

Fuel Agreement means the Fuel Supply Agreement, dated November 18, 1987, between TNMP and Xxxxxxxx Coal Company, as amended on April 1, 1988 and November 29, 1994 and assigned by Xxxxxxxx Coal Company to Walnut Creek Mining Company and by TNMP to Seller, for the purchase and sale of lignite.
Fuel Agreement means any agreement for the purchase of fuel made between the Seller and the Agent acting for and on behalf of the Buyer as part of the performance by the Agent of the Services under these GTC;
Fuel Agreement means that certain Fuel Communication and Allocation of Fuel Gains and Losses Agreement by and among DP&L, MF Buyer, Xxxxxx Buyer, Dynegy Conesville, LLC, Dynegy Xxxxxx, LLC, Dynegy Stuart, LLC, and AEP Generation Resources Inc., dated as of August 30, 2011, as amended.

Fuel Agreement means a Fuel Supply Agreement or a Fuel Transportation Agreement, or any combination thereof (as the context requires).
