Fuel Supply Agreement definition

Fuel Supply Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Supplier and a supplier of Fuel [and includes any arrangement for purchase of Fuel at spot prices];
Fuel Supply Agreement means the agreement executed between the generating company and the fuel supplier for generation and supply of electricity to the beneficiaries;
