FRN Documents definition
FRN Documents means, collectively, (a) the FRN Indenture, (b) each other security agreement or pledge agreement entered into pursuant to the FRN Indenture or other documents designated as a “Security Document” in the FRN Indenture and (c) each other agreement that creates or purports to create or perfect a Lien in favor of the FRN Indenture Trustee.
