Flex Plan definition

Flex Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(d).

More Definitions of Flex Plan

Flex Plan is a plan that is inclusive of a RRSP or Pension and an HSA and is compliant to CRA regulations.
Flex Plan. The "Flex Plan" shall be incorporated into the Agreement. Health insurance contributions shall apply within the Flex Plan. At the written request of the teacher, the school district will deduct from payroll the premium for the catastrophic medical insurance (Excess Major Medical) plan. The full cost of the premium to be borne by the teacher.
