Welfare Plan definition

Welfare Plan means a “welfare plan” as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA.
Welfare Plan means a welfare plan, as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA, that is maintained for employees of any Loan Party or in respect of which any Loan Party could have liability.

More Definitions of Welfare Plan

Welfare Plan means an employee welfare benefit plan as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA established or maintained by Borrower, Guarantor or any ERISA Affiliate or that covers any current or former employee of Borrower, Guarantor or any ERISA Affiliate.
