The law of Arizona applies to this Contract including, where applicable, the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Arizona and the Arizona School District Procurement Code, Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) 15-213, and its implementing rules, Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 7, Chapter 2, Articles 10 and 11.
Nothing in this contract shall be interpreted to waive nor does the City, by entering into this contract, waive any of the provisions found in Chapter 41 of the Nevada Revised Statutes.
Vendor shall comply with the requirements of Sections 285.525 to 285.555 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri.

The fact that the STATE specifically refers to one provision of the procurement rules or one section of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, and does not include other provisions or statutory sections in this Contract shall not constitute a waiver or relinquishment of the STATE'S rights or the CONTRACTOR'S obligations under the procurement rules or statutes.
