First Development Period definition

First Development Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2018.
First Development Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2018. “First Development Period Maximum Capacity” means eighty-five (85) MW.

The time period of the First Development Period shall not exceed a one (1) year period.

Examples of First Development Period in a sentence

  • As soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) days, after the end of the First Development Period, Tessera will transfer to Licensee Wafer Level WAVE Package technical information and know-how.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Guaranteed Generation, Maximum Generation, and dates of First Development Period, Second Development Period and Third Development Period will not be revised to reflect any such change in the properties comprising the Leases, and once added properties and associated Leases are included within the Leases for a Facility hereunder, they will be subject to all of the terms and conditions applicable to Leases for Facilities hereunder.

  • Notwithstanding the prior sentence, Seller shall not have the right to revise the Facility Net Capacity to the extent that such revised Facility Net Capacity would cause the Project Net Capacity to exceed the First Development Period Maximum Capacity during the First Development Period, the Second Development Period Maximum Capacity during the Second Development Period, or the Third Development Period Maximum Capacity during the Third Development Period.

  • Immediately upon the end of the First Development Period, the Parties will discuss the development time line and milestones for the Second Development Period.

  • After the First Development Period, Licensee hereby grants to Tessera a world-wide, fully-paid, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, perpetual, right to use Licensee WAVE Improvements and Licensee's Patents relating in the area of Single Chip WAVE Packages and covering any inventions and equipment conceived of after said First Development Period of this Agreement to manufacture, have manufactured, use or sell products.

  • From February 24, 2018 until the end of the First Development Period, Seller shall not cause a Facility to satisfy the requirements for Delivery Commencement or Commercial Operation, as applicable, if causing such Facility to achieve its Delivery Commencement Date or Commercial Operation Date, as applicable, would cause the Project Net Capacity to exceed the First Development Period Maximum Capacity.

  • The addition of properties and Leases pursuant to this Section 3.11(a) will not result in any change in the First Development Period Minimum Capacity, First Development Period Maximum Capacity, Second Development Period Minimum Capacity, Second Development Period Maximum Capacity, Third Development Period Minimum Capacity, or Third Development Period Maximum Capacity.

Related to First Development Period

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Development Period Security shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a) hereof.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium/ Consortium, Member of a Bidding Consortium including its successors, executors and permitted assigns and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require”;

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • New development means development resulting from the conversion of previously undeveloped land or agricultural land uses.

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;
