FDIC Documents definition

FDIC Documents means all forms, the Joint Proxy Statement-Offering Circular, registration statements, reports, schedules, and other documents filed, together with any amendments thereto, by First Bank or any of its Subsidiaries with the FDIC on or after December 31, 2021.
FDIC Documents has the meaning specified in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
FDIC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(g).

  • L/C Documents means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, such Letter of Credit, any amendments thereto, any documents delivered in connection therewith, any application therefor, and any agreements, instruments, guarantees or other documents (whether general in application or applicable only to such Letter of Credit) governing or providing for (i) the rights and obligations of the parties concerned or at risk or (ii) any collateral security for such obligations.

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Second Priority Senior Secured Notes Indenture, the Notes, the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals.   • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Documents includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced.

  • Privileged Documents means any documents that are Attorney-Client Privilege Documents and/or Work Product Privilege Documents.

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Receivables Documents means all documentation relating to any receivables financing program providing for the sale of some or all Receivables Facility Assets by Company and its Subsidiaries (whether or not to a Receivables Subsidiary) in transactions purporting to be sales and shall include the documents evidencing any Permitted Accounts Receivable Securitization and any Receivables Factoring Facility.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Underlying Documents means, together, the Contracts, the Refund Guarantees, the Supervision Agreements and the Management Agreements and “Underlying Document” means any of them.
