Examples of Receivables Documents in a sentence
Each Administrative Agent agrees that it will not deliver a Control Direction hereunder except in accordance with the provisions of such Administrative Agent’s Receivables Documents or Joined Party Transaction Documents, as applicable.
The resignation or removal of any of the Administrative Agents as administrative agent, collateral agent, trustee or indenture trustee under the Receivables Documents or any Joined Party Transaction Documents and the appointment of a successor administrative agent, collateral agent, trustee or indenture trustee shall also constitute substitution of a successor administrative agent, collateral agent, trustee or indenture trustee under this Agreement.
The same entity must always act as servicer in the performance of the Allocation Services with respect to the Joined Party Transaction Documents and the Receivables Documents.
This Agreement shall continue in effect until the obligations under the Receivables Documents and each of the Joined Party Transaction Documents, respectively, are paid in full (as notified in writing by the Company to the Collection Account Agent and each Administrative Agent).
Each Administrative Agent agrees to provide written notice to the Collection Account Agent and each other Administrative Agent of any successor agent appointed under the Receivables Documents or any Joined Party Transaction Documents promptly upon the effectiveness of any such succession.
