Securities Documents definition

Securities Documents means all reports, offering circulars, proxy statements, registration statements and all similar documents filed, or required to be filed, pursuant to the Securities Laws.
Securities Documents means all registration statements, schedules, statements, forms, reports, proxy material, and other documents required to be filed under the Securities Laws.
Securities Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(g)(i).
