Exploration Periods definition

Exploration Periods means the Initial Exploration Period, an Extension Period and any further extensions thereof.
Exploration Periods means the period(s) described in Clause 3.3, which includes the Initial Exploration Period, the First Additional Exploration Period, the Second Additional Exploration Period and any other extension as permitted under Clause 3.3.2.
