Exploration Periods definition

Exploration Periods means the Initial Exploration Period, an Extension Period and any further extensions thereof.

Examples of Exploration Periods in a sentence

  • The licensee may surrender the Exploration Licence with effect from the end of any year of a Subperiod, as stated inAppendix 2, or any extended Exploration Period, respectively, provided that the licensee has fulfilled all exploration commitments and other obligations for the Subperiod or the extended Exploration Period, respectively, and all preceding Subperiod(s) and extended Exploration Period(s) (if any).
