Second Extension definition
Second Extension has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.21.

Examples of Second Extension in a sentence
If the Company exercises its option to extend Employee's obligations as set forth in the preceding paragraph, then the Company shall have the option to extend Employee's obligations under Section 3.1 for one (1) additional year (the "Second Extension Term") beyond the end of the First Extension Term.
