Offering Periods definition
Offering Periods means the periods of approximately ---------------- twenty-four (24) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after May 1 and November 1 of each year and terminating on the last Trading Day in the periods ending twenty-four months later; provided, however, that the first Offering Period under the Plan shall commence with the first Trading Day on or after the date on which the Securities and Exchange Commission declares the Company's Registration Statement effective and ending on the last Trading Day on or before April 30, 2002. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
Offering Periods means the periods of approximately twenty-four (24) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after May 1 and November 1 of each year and terminating on the last Trading Day in the periods ending twenty-four months later. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
Examples of Offering Periods in a sentence
A Participant’s withdrawal from an Offering Period will not have any effect upon his or her eligibility to participate in any similar plan that may hereafter be adopted by the Company or in succeeding Offering Periods that commence after the termination of the Offering Period from which the Participant withdraws.
The Managing Owner and/or its Affiliates may, but are not obligated to, make additional Capital Contributions at any time during the Series F Initial or Continuous Offering Periods.
The Managing Owner and/or its Affiliates may, but are not obligated to, make additional Capital Contributions at any time during the Series D Initial or Continuous Offering Periods.
A Participant’s withdrawal from an Offering Period shall not have any effect upon his or her eligibility to participate in any similar plan that may hereafter be adopted by the Company or a Designated Subsidiary or in subsequent Offering Periods that commence after the termination of the Offering Period from which the Participant withdraws.
The Administrator will have the power to change the duration of Offering Periods (including the commencement dates thereof) with respect to future Offerings without stockholder approval if such change is announced prior to the scheduled beginning of the first Offering Period to be affected thereafter; provided, however, that no Offering Period may last more than 27 months.
More Definitions of Offering Periods
Offering Periods means the periods of approximately six (6) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, (i) commencing on the first Trading Day on or after March 15 and September 15 of each year and terminating on the first Trading Day on or after September 15 and March 15 approximately six (6) months later; provided, however, that the first Offering Period under the Plan will commence with the first Trading Day on or after the date on which the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declares the Company’s Registration Statement effective and will end on the first Trading Day on or after September 15, 2013, and provided, further, that the second Offering Period under the Plan will commence on the first Trading Day on or after September 15, 2013. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Sections 4 and 20.
Offering Periods means a period of time during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised. The Plan shall be implemented by a series of Offering Periods (“Series of Offering Periods”). Each Series of Offering Periods shall contain four (4) Offering Periods. The first Offering Period in the Series shall commence on the first Trading Day on or after March 1, 2002, and shall end on the first Trading Day on or after March 1, 2004 (the “Last Day of the Series”). A new Series of Offering Periods shall commence on the Last Day of the Series. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 20 of this Plan.
