Exit Notes Documents definition

Exit Notes Documents means the agreements with respect to the Exit Notes, including the Exit Notes Indenture and any agreements, commitment letters, documents, instruments, collateral and security documentation, intercreditor agreement, and other ancillary documentation related thereto or entered into in connection therewith (in each case, as may be amended, restated, modified, or supplemented from time to time), on the terms set forth in the term sheet attached hereto as Exhibit C, each of which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Consenting Stakeholders and the Debtors.

Exit Notes Documents means the Exit Notes, the Exit Notes Indenture and the Exit Notes Security Documents, in each case, as in effect on the First Amendment Effective Date and as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time thereafter in a manner that is not materially adverse to the Lenders subject to the Amendment Exceptions.

Examples of Exit Notes Documents in a sentence

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received true and correct copies of all Exit Notes Documents (together with any supplementary indenture thereto).

  • Rights Offerings and Issuance of the Exit Notes On the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors shall consummate the Rights Offerings in accordance with the Rights Offerings Procedures, the Backstop Agreement, and the Exit Notes Documents.

Related to Exit Notes Documents

  • Notes Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), the Note Guarantees, the Collateral Documents, the Intercreditor Agreements and this Indenture.

  • Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes Indenture, the Senior Notes Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Notes Indenture.
