Senior Notes Documents definition

Senior Notes Documents the Senior Notes Indenture and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Senior Notes or providing for any guarantee, obligation, security or other right in respect thereof.

Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Documents and the Senior Unsecured Notes Documents.

Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes Indenture and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or Senior Notes Indenture, each dated as of the Closing Date and as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

• The indenture trustee under the 11 3/8% Senior Notes Indenture, Tricom and all other relevant parties to the 11 3/8% Senior Notes Indenture and the other 11 3/8% Senior Notes Documents shall be authorized and required to take all such actions as shall be necessary or appropriate to effectuate or implement the foregoing termination and/or cancellation of the 11 3/8% Senior Notes Indenture and all other 11 3/8% Senior Notes Documents, including, the 11 3/8% Senior Notes.

More Definitions of Senior Notes Documents

Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes Indenture and the other transaction documents referred to therein (including the related guarantee, the notes and the notes purchase agreement).

Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes Indenture, the Senior Notes and all other agreements, instruments and other documents pursuant to which the Senior Notes have been issued or otherwise setting forth the terms of the Senior Notes, in each case as such agreement, instrument or other document may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, but to the extent permitted under the terms of the Loan Documents.

Senior Notes Documents means, collectively, the Senior Notes Indenture and all other loan agreements, indentures, note purchase agreements, promissory notes, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, assignment and assumption agreements and other instruments and agreements evidencing the terms of Senior Notes.

Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Indenture and any documents or instruments contemplated by or executed in connection with any of them (and designated therein as having been executed in connection with the Senior Notes), in each case, as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 7.15.

Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes Indenture, the Senior Notes and all other agreements, instruments and other documents pursuant to which the Senior Notes have been or will be issued or otherwise setting forth the terms of the Senior Notes.

Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes Indentures and all other documents evidencing, guaranteeing or otherwise governing the terms of any of the Senior Notes.

Senior Notes Documents means, collectively, (i) that certain Indenture dated as of June 2, 2009 by and among the U.S. Borrower, certain of the U.S. Borrower’s subsidiaries and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee pursuant to which senior notes were issued by the U.S. Borrower and each other agreement, document or instrument relating to the issuance of such senior notes, as the same may be amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof, and (ii) that certain Indenture dated as of October 31, 2006 (and each supplemental indenture thereto) by and among the U.S. Borrower, each of the guarantors named therein and LaSalle Bank, National Association, as trustee pursuant to which senior notes were issued by the U.S. Borrower and each other agreement, document or instrument relating to the issuance of such senior notes, as the same may be amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
