Senior Notes Documents definition
Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes Indenture, the Senior Notes Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Notes Indenture.
Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Documents and the Senior Unsecured Notes Documents.
Senior Notes Documents means, collectively, the Senior Notes Indenture, all supplemental indentures thereto, the Senior Notes and all other material agreements executed in connection therewith.

More Definitions of Senior Notes Documents
Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes Indenture and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or Senior Notes Indenture, each dated as of the Closing Date and as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Senior Notes Documents means any Indenture among the Borrower, as issuer, the guarantors party thereto and a trustee with respect to the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes and all other agreements, instruments and other documents pursuant to which the Senior Notes will be issued or otherwise setting forth the terms of the Senior Notes.
Senior Notes Documents means, collectively, the Senior 2025 Notes Documents and the Senior 2027 Notes Documents.
Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes Indenture, and each other material document, instrument or agreement to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or may hereafter become a party pertaining to the Senior Notes.
