Senior Notes Documents definition
Senior Notes Documents means the indentures under which the Senior Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Senior Notes or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof, in each case as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Senior Notes Documents means, collectively, the Senior Notes Indenture, all supplemental indentures thereto, the Senior Notes and all other material agreements executed in connection therewith.
