Secured Debt Documents definition

Secured Debt Documents means the Priority Lien Documents, the Second Lien Documents and the Third Lien Documents.

Secured Debt Documents means the Priority Lien Documents and the Junior Lien Documents.

Secured Debt Documents means the Parity Lien Documents and the Priority Lien Documents.

• In connection with any matter under this Agreement requiring a vote of holders of Secured Debt, each Series of Secured Debt will cast its votes in accordance with the Secured Debt Documents governing such Series of Secured Debt.

• Each Grantor hereby consents to the provisions of this Agreement and the intercreditor arrangements provided for herein and agrees that the obligations of the Grantors under the Secured Debt Documents will in no way be diminished or otherwise affected by such provisions or arrangements (except as expressly provided herein).

• Following and in accordance with the outcome of the applicable vote under its Secured Debt Documents, the Secured Debt Representative of each Series of Secured Debt will cast all of its votes under that Series of Secured Debt as a block in respect of any vote under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Secured Debt Documents

Secured Debt Documents means, collectively, the Credit Documents, each Secured Hedging Agreement entered into with a Hedge Bank and each Secured Cash Management Agreement entered into with a Cash Management Bank.

Secured Debt Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the Collateral Trust Agreement.

Secured Debt Documents means, collectively, the Notes Documents, the Working Capital Facility Documents and any Pari Passu Indebtedness Documents.

Secured Debt Documents means the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement).

Secured Debt Documents means, collectively, (a) the Other Secured Notes Indenture and the Security Documents (as defined therein) and (b) this Indenture and the Security Documents.

Secured Debt Documents means the Senior Finance Documents, the Senior Secured Notes Finance Documents, the Pari Passu Debt Documents, the Second Lien Finance Documents, the Hedging Agreements and any other document designated as such by the Security Agent and the Company.

Secured Debt Documents means the Notes Documents and the Priority Lien Documents.
