Evaluation Licensed Product has the meaning set forth in the Form Adopter Agreement.

Evaluation Licensed Product means those portions of a product, other than a Managed Copy Service or Evaluation Managed Copy Service, implementing one or more Specifications and incorporating Evaluation Keys, made under license from AACS LA and the Licensors for testing, evaluation or development purposes or which is transferred or sold to a Fellow Adopter. For the avoidance of doubt, “Evaluation Licensed Product” includes (a) an Evaluation Licensed Content Product, and (b) those portions of data arranged or placed on a blank recordable physical media evaluation product in a manner described with particularity by the mandatory portions of the Specifications, but excludes the physical medium; in either case that meet the elements of the foregoing definition.

Evaluation Licensed Product means those portions of a product, other than a AACS Online Service or Evaluation AACS Online Service, implementing one or more Specifications and incorporating Evaluation Keys, made under license from AACS LA and the Licensors for testing, evaluation or development purposes or which is transferred or sold to a Fellow Adopter, Content Participant or Content Provider consistent with Section 2.3.6. For the avoidance of doubt, “Evaluation Licensed Product” includes (a) an Evaluation Licensed Content Product, and (b) those portions of data arranged or placed on a blank recordable physical media evaluation product in a manner described with particularity by the mandatory parts of the Specifications, but excludes the physical medium; in either case that meet the elements of the foregoing definition.

Related to Evaluation Licensed Product

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • Licensed Compound means (a) 3,4-Diaminopyridine, the chemical structure of which is set forth on Exhibit B-2; and (b) any derivatives, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, acid forms, base forms, salt forms, or modified versions of such compound in (a).

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound or the active pharmaceutical contained in a Unity Bcl-2 [***] Product, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Medical marijuana product means a product that contains cannabinoids that have been extracted from plant material or the resin therefrom by physical or chemical means and is intended for administration to a licensed patient, including but not limited to concentrates, oils, tinctures, edibles, pills, topical forms, gels, creams, and other derivative forms, except that this term does not include live plant forms.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.
