Fellow Adopter definition

Fellow Adopter means Adopter and any other Person that has entered into an Adopter Agreement with Licensor, and includes such Person’s Affiliates.
Fellow Adopter means any Licensor, and any other entity (including Adopter), which has entered into a binding Adopter Agreement with AACS LA and Licensors in order to use and implement any Specification and the AACS Technology licensed pursuant to such Adopter Agreement and shall include its Affiliates.
Fellow Adopter means any entity (including Adopter), which has executed an Adopter Agreement that remains in effect with AACS LA and Licensors in order to use and implement any Specification and the AACS Technology licensed pursuant to such Adopter Agreement and shall include its Affiliates.

Examples of Fellow Adopter in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, where costs per Fellow Adopter decrease, AACS LA shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the Annual Administration Fee.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, where costs per Device Key or per Fellow Adopter decrease, DTLA shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the Per Certificate Fee or Annual Administration Fee, respectively.

  • For purposes of this Section 11.10, “standard Adopter Agreement” refers to an Adopter Agreement under which a Fellow Adopter receives a license with respect to activities that are the same as those activities licensed hereunder, but does not include, by way of example and not limitation, any Adopter Agreement in which a Fellow Adopter is not licensed to manufacture Licensed Products.

  • In the event that Revocation is requested, DTLA shall provide any Fellow Adopter to whom DTLA or its designee had issued a Device Certificate for which Revocation has been requested with notice of such requested Revocation, provided, however, that DTLA may, in its sole discretion, reduce such notice period where it deems circumstances warrant.

  • At any time commencing forty-eight (48) months following the issuance to a Fellow Adopter of a Common Device Certificate, such Common Device Certificate may be Revoked without notice.

  • The confidentiality obligations set forth herein shall continue until the later of (i) three (3) years after the last commercial use of DTCP by DTLA or any Fellow Adopter; or (ii) the expiration of the last copyright that protects any DTCP-encrypted/scrambled content which then exists in any country adhering to the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights of the World Trade Organization dated April 15, 1994.

  • Adopter (or a Fellow Adopter) may, within 60 days after publication of an Update, terminate this Agreement with respect to such Update and all further revisions of the Specification.

  • None of Licensor, Adopter nor any Initiating Content Participant shall object to any request, within the Election Period, by an Eligible Content Participant, Eligible System Operator or Related Fellow Adopter to so participate in the Revocation Arbitration.

  • AACS LA or any Eligible Content Participant or Eligible Fellow Adopter may acquire products distributed hereunder on the open market for examination.

  • Nothing in this Section 9.2 shall grant a license or permission for AACS LA, or any Licensor, Eligible Content Participant, Eligible Fellow Adopter or expert to decompile or disassemble Adopter’s software object code.

Related to Fellow Adopter

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Adopter means the person with whom the child is, or is expected to be, placed for adoption, or, in a case where two people have been matched jointly, whoever has elected to be the child's adopter for the purposes of adoption leave.
