Other Service Providers Clause Samples
The 'Other Service Providers' clause defines the rights and obligations of the parties when third-party vendors or contractors are involved in delivering services under the agreement. It typically outlines whether the primary service provider can subcontract work, the standards those third parties must meet, and the extent to which the main provider remains responsible for their actions. This clause ensures that the quality and accountability of services are maintained even when external parties are engaged, thereby managing risk and clarifying responsibilities.
