Stock Plan definition

Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.
Stock Plan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.22.
Stock Plan means any stock option or equity compensation plan of the Company in effect at any time, including without limitation the 2000 Equity Incentive Plan.

Amended and Restated 2013 Stock Incentive Plan.
