Parent Equity Plan means the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Long-Term Incentive Plan.

More Definitions of Parent Equity Plan

Parent Equity Plan means any equity compensation plan sponsored or maintained by the Parent immediately prior to the Effective Time, including the MDU Resources, Inc. Long-Term Performance-Based Incentive Plan, as amended February 15, 2024, and as further amended from time to time.

Parent Equity Plan means the Diamondback Energy, Inc. 2016 Amended and Restated Equity Incentive Plan.
