Equipment Maintenance Services definition

Equipment Maintenance Services meansthe equipment support service required under this Term Sheet. Support Services include, but are not limited to, repairs to the equipment; providing telephone and/or online support concerning the installation and use of the equipment; training in the installation and use of the equipment; and detection, warning and correction of issues related to the equipment.
