Other Securities definition

Other Securities refers to any stock (other than Common Stock) and other securities of the Company or any other person (corporate or otherwise) which the holder of the Warrant at any time shall be entitled to receive, or shall have received, on the exercise of the Warrant, in lieu of or in addition to Common Stock, or which at any time shall be issuable or shall have been issued in exchange for or in replacement of Common Stock or Other Securities pursuant to Section 4 or otherwise.
Other Securities means (i) those options and warrants of the Company issued prior to, and outstanding on, the Issuance Date of this Warrant, (ii) the shares of Common Stock issuable on exercise of such options and warrants, provided such options and warrants are not amended after the Issuance Date of this Warrant and (iii) the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant.
Other Securities means any stock (other than Common Stock) and other securities of the Company or any other Person which the Holders of the Series A-1 Preferred Stock at any time shall be entitled to receive, or shall have received, upon conversion or redemption of the Series A-1 Preferred Stock in lieu of or in addition to Common Stock, or which at any time shall be issuable or shall have been issued in exchange for or in replacement of Common Stock or Other Securities.

Other Securities means securities of the Company, other than Registrable Securities (as defined below).

Upon receipt by the Company of evidence satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of satisfactory indemnification, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall execute and deliver a new Warrant of like tenor and date. Any such new Warrant executed and delivered shall constitute an additional contractual obligation on the part of the Company, whether or not this Warrant so lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated shall be at any time enforceable by anyone. The Holder agrees with the Company that this Warrant is issued, and all the rights hereunder shall be held subject to, all of the conditions, limitations and provisions set forth herein.
Other Securities refers to any capital stock (other than Common Stock) and other securities of the Company or any other Person which the Holder of this Warrant at any time shall be entitled to receive, or shall have received, pursuant to the terms hereof upon the exercise of this Warrant, in lieu of or in addition to Common Stock.
