Employment-Related Agreements definition

Employment-Related Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.4.1.
Employment-Related Agreements means any employment, consulting, severance, collective bargaining or similar agreement, whether written or oral, to which the Company is a party or by which it is bound.
