Employer Discretionary Account definition

Employer Discretionary Account means the portion of the Participant's Account attributable to Employer Discretionary Credits, and the earnings thereon.
Employer Discretionary Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Employer Discretionary Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of the Plan that relate to the Participant’s Employer Discretionary Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his Beneficiary pursuant to the Plan that relate to the Participant’s Employer Discretionary Account.
Employer Discretionary Account means the record of a Participant's interest in the Fund attributable to Employer Discretionary Contributions from time to time, increased by Net Gains and decreased by Net Losses and by distributions therefrom, all in accordance with the provisions of this Plan.

More Definitions of Employer Discretionary Account

Employer Discretionary Account means the account established pursuant to Section 4.1(c), below, to which the portion of any Employer Discretionary Contribution allocated to the Participant shall be allocated.
Employer Discretionary Account means the subaccount of a Participant’s Account to which are credited the Employer Discretionary Contributions which have been allocated to such Participant and the deemed earnings and losses attributable thereto.

  • Discretionary Account means a Personal Account in which you have completely turned over decision-making authority to a professional money manager (who is not a Family Member or not otherwise covered by this Code) and you have no direct or indirect influence or control over the account.   • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.
