Voluntary Contribution Account definition

Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.
Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established hereunder to which after-tax voluntary Employee contributions made pursuant to Section 4.9 are allocated.
Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained for each Participant who has made a Voluntary After-Tax Contribution to the Trust, and all earnings and appreciation thereon, less any withdrawals therefrom and any losses and expenses charged thereto.

More Definitions of Voluntary Contribution Account

Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established hereunder to which after-tax voluntary Employee contributions made pursuant to Section 4.8 are allocated. Amounts recharacterized as after-tax voluntary Employee contributions pursuant to Section 12.5 shall remain subject to the limitations of Section 12.2. Therefore, a separate accounting shall be maintained with respect to that portion of the Voluntary Contribution Account attributable to after-tax voluntary Employee contributions made pursuant to Section 4.8.
Voluntary Contribution Account means the account maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to such Participant's total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's after-tax voluntary Employee contributions made pursuant to Plan Section 4.4.
