Employer Discretionary Contribution definition

Employer Discretionary Contribution means discretionary profit sharing contributions made to the Plan on behalf of a Participant.
Employer Discretionary Contribution means the deferred compensation amount credited to the Employer Discretionary Contribution Account with respect to a Participant at the Employer's sole and absolute discretion, in accordance with Section 3.8 hereof.
Employer Discretionary Contribution means an optional, discretionary Employer contribution, other than a Matching Contribution, made to the Plan, with the amount of the contribution, if any, determined by the Company for each Plan Year.

  • Each Participant's Regular Account, Employer Discretionary Contribution Account, and Employer Matching Contribution Account shall vest in accordance with the vesting schedule elected in the Adoption Agreement.

  • If elected by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement, distributions may be made from a Participant's Elective Deferral, Qualified Nonelective Contribution Account, vested portion of the Participant's Employer Discretionary Contribution Account, or the vested portion of the Employer Matching Contribution Account on account of financial hardship if the distribution is necessary in light of the immediate and heavy financial needs of the Participant.

More Definitions of Employer Discretionary Contribution

Employer Discretionary Contribution means the amount, if any, contributed by an Employer for the benefit of its employees, as an Employer Discretionary Contribution under the 401(k) Plan with respect to the Plan Year of reference.
