Scheduled Commitment Termination Date definition

Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means April 29, 2028, as such date may be extended pursuant to the written consent of the Borrower and the Lenders.

Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means, unless otherwise extended pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.14, the Payment Date occurring in May 2024.
