Early Distribution definition

Early Distribution means an election by Participant in accordance with Section 6.2 to receive a withdrawal of amounts from his or her Deferral Account and Company Contribution Account prior to the time at which such Participant would otherwise be entitled to such amounts.
Early Distribution means an election by the Participant, pursuant to Section 7.6, to receive a distribution of amounts from the Participant’s Deferral Account, IR Stock Account, vested Discretionary Company Contribution Account and vested Supplemental Contribution Account with respect to a specific Plan Year prior to the time at which such Participant would otherwise be entitled to such amounts.
Early Distribution means an election by a Participant in accordance with Section 6.3 to receive a withdrawal of amounts from his or her Compensation Deferral Subaccount, and any vested Company Discretionary and/or Matching Contribution Subaccounts, prior to the time at which such Participant would otherwise be entitled to such amounts.

More Definitions of Early Distribution

Early Distribution means the benefit payment option available to a Participant under Section 5.1(a) hereof.
