REMIC III Available Distribution Amount. For any Distribution Date, the amount distributed from REMIC II to REMIC III on such Distribution Date in respect of the REMIC II Regular Interests.

• In the event that any federal prohibited transaction penalty taxes are imposed on REMIC III and not paid by the Servicer pursuant to clause (f) of the immediately preceding paragraph, the Trustee on behalf of the Trust shall pay such taxes from amounts on deposit in the Certificate Account in reduction of the REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for the applicable Distribution Date.
