Class B-2 Distribution Amount definition

Class B-2 Distribution Amount. As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eighth, ninth and tenth of Section 4.01(a).
Class B-2 Distribution Amount means, as to any Remittance Date, the lesser of (a) the Remaining Amount Available and (b) the Class B-2 Formula Distribution Amount for such Remittance Date.
Class B-2 Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, the lesser of (a) the Class B-2 Formula Distribution Amount and (b) that portion of the Amount Available eligible for distribution in respect of such amount in accordance with the priorities set forth in Section 8.04(b).

Class B-2 Distribution Amount. As to any Remittance Date, the aggregate amount distributed on the Class B-2 Certificates on such Remittance Date pursuant to Section 6.01 (excluding the amount of the Guarantee Payment, if any, with respect to such Remittance Date).
