If the Servicer does extend the maturity of a Receivable beyond the last day of the Collection Period preceding the latest Final Scheduled Distribution Date of all classes of Notes, then the Servicer shall pay the Actual Loss Amount (if any) with respect to such Receivable in accordance with Section 2.6.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the entire unpaid principal amount of the Notes shall be due and payable, if not previously paid, on the earlier of (i) from and after the date on which the Notes have been declared to be immediately due and payable in the manner provided in Section 5.02 in connection with an Event of Default and (ii) with respect to any Class of Notes, on the Final Scheduled Distribution Date or the Redemption Date for that Class.
The Servicer may not extend the maturity of a Receivable beyond the last day of the Collection Period preceding the latest Final Scheduled Distribution Date of all classes of Notes.
