DUA definition

DUA refers to the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance.

DUA means Data Use Agreement.

DUA means an application area for any Zeolite or Zeolite-containing Catalyst which has been designated herein by the parties hereto, or is later designated by the Partners pursuant to Section 5.1 of this Agreement. DUA does not mean a specific zeolite or zeolite-containing catalyst, but encompasses the process which uses any zeolite or zeolite-containing catalyst in an application area.

DUA means the Data Use Agreement attached hereto as Attachment B that has been approved by CMS. The DUA reflects the relationship between the Participating State Agency and a Downstream User as prescribed by CMS.
