Downstream User definition

Downstream User means any person or entity (e.g., a treating practitioner contractor, business associate or subcontractor of the PMA) that receives CMS Data or individually identifiable derivative data from the PMA in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the corresponding DRA.
Downstream User means any natural or legal person established in Türkiye, other than the manufacturer or the importer, who uses a substance, either on its own or in a mixture, in the course of his industrial or professional activities. A distributor or a consumer is not a downstream user.
Downstream User shall have the same meaning as to the definition set out in the REACH Regulation.

Examples of Downstream User in a sentence

  • Any disclosure(s) of CMS Data, or any individually-identifiable derivative of this CMS Data, by the undersigned or its agents to a Downstream User, as defined below, shall be made in accordance with applicable law as well as any applicable provisions in this or other governing documents.

  • It may be that the Seller is the Downstream User, in which case the Product will be registered by the supplier to the Seller.

  • Besides, the CONCESSIONAIRE and the Downstream User shall comply with all the Applicable Laws, related to the equitable availability and equality of prices and Rates of Assets and/or services and the reasonable, non-discriminatory access to the Airport in equal circumstances.

More Definitions of Downstream User

Downstream User means any natural or legal person established within the Community, other than the manufacturer or the importer, who uses a substance, either on its own or in a mixture, in the course of his industrial or professional activities. A distributor or a consumer is not a downstream user. A re-importer exempted pursuant to Article 2(7)(c) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 shall be regarded as a downstream user;
