Athlete shall comply with all anti-doping policies, procedures, and protocols of the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC), World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC).
BCS will protect all personal information gathered in relation to the Athlete and will not disclose any personal information about the Athlete to third party, without the consent of the Athlete, unless required under BCS’s obligations to Sport Canada, COC, IBSF, IOC, CADP, CCES or WADA, or as may be required by law.
Reporting on our anti-doping activities to WADA to demonstrate our compliance with the Code and International Standards.
Because anti-doping is a mandatory feature of organized sport, it still may be necessary for us, the ITA, WADA, and other ADOs and organizations to continue to process your personal information to fulfill obligations under the Code, the International Standards, or national anti- doping or sport laws, despite your objection to such processing or withdrawal of consent (where applicable).
Your personal information may be made available by FIL or the ITA to third persons or parties, including authorised service providers, WADA and ADOs that are located outside of the European Union and Switzerland.
