Hand Over definition

Hand Over means i) installation and general calibrations carried out by TOMRA technicians on the machine has occurred; ii) the machine is acceptable for basic operation; iii) all outstanding work has been completed except for minor items as indicated on the punch list included in the Hand Over Sign Off; iv) all required technical information has been handed over to the Purchaser; v) the Purchaser’s representative has signed the Hand Over Sign off document (‘Hand Over Sign Off”) and vi) the machine is operational.

More Definitions of Hand Over

Hand Over means the formal handing over of a Train at the Entry Point by the Maintainer to the Owner or Operator in accordance with the Hand-Over Procedure in accordance with Section 5.5;
