Examples of Disentanglement Services in a sentence

  • Payment for Disentanglement Services will be in accordance with the Disentanglement Plan agreed to between the Parties, in accordance with Section 11.06 Payment and other provisions at CTSA termination, subsection (d).

  • The Manager’s obligation to provide Disentanglement Services will continue during the period commencing on the date that a Termination Notice is delivered and ending on the date on which the Successor Manager or the re-engaged Manager assumes all of the obligations of the Manager hereunder (the “Disentanglement Period”).

  • Service Provider shall provide the Disentanglement Services to County and/or the Replacement Service Provider regardless of the reason for the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • County may extend the Disentanglement Services as set forth in paragraph 10.6 for the fees and on such terms negotiated and agreed upon by the Parties in writing.

  • At County’s request, Service Provider shall provide the Disentanglement Services directly to the Replacement Service Provider; provided, however that, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, all such Disentanglement Services shall be performed subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Disentanglement Services

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

  • Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Transition Services Agreements means any agreements that receive the prior approval of the Commission between Respondents and an Acquirer to provide, at the option of the Acquirer, Transition Services (or training for an Acquirer to provide services for itself), necessary to transfer the Retail Fuel Assets to the Acquirer and to operate the Retail Fuel Outlet Businesses in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Order.
