Discovery Field definition

Discovery Field means Topic Linked Photobubbles, including multimedia presentations used in a public or commercial location, where photobubbles are relationally, intelligently or sequentially linked with other photobubbles or media for purposes of presenting a story or narrative, whether theme-based or detailing a specific destination, about a particular setting.
Discovery Field means a Petroleum Field Discovered as a result of the Phase One Exploration Program or the Phase Two Exploration Program within PPL236, 237 or 238 or any PDL issued from or granted out of the Participation Area; "Distributions" is defined in the attached Distributions Schedule; "Drilling Participation Agreement" means the agreement of that name between InterOil and PNGDV; "Field" means the volume of rock extending from the surface of the earth vertically down to the base of the earth's crust from a line enclosing the minimum surface area required to include, with respect to a Petroleum Pool created by a geological structure or a stratigraphic trap (whether or not compartmentalised by faulting), the maximum reasonably interpreted are included above the petroleum-water fluid contact or contacts on a structural map delineating the single structural closure of each known Zone. For the avoidance of doubt:
Discovery Field means a Petroleum Field Discovered as a result of drilling and testing any exploratior well which PNGEI participates in, which may be any one or more of exploration well #9 to exploratior well #16 in the Phase One Exploration Program or exploration well #17 to exploration well #24 in the Phase Two Exploration Program within the Licence Areas or any PDL issued from or granted out of the Participation Area;

Examples of Discovery Field in a sentence

  • During the applicable Royalty Term for each ReN Product or ReN NCT Product, on a country-by-country basis, ReN shall pay to SCI a *** royalty on any and all Net Sales of each ReN Product in the ReN Transplantation Field in such country and a *** royalty on any and all Net Sales of each ReN NCT in the ReN Discovery Field in such country, regardless of the number of Valid Claims of the SCI Patent Rights that are applicable.

  • In the event that disclosure under this Section 5.2 occurs, and even with the disclosure, DISCOVERY in its opinion is unable to practice the MOTOROLA Licensed Patents and Third Party Technology related to the Discovery Field, OMNIVIEW shall either perform the services requested by DISCOVERY or a service provider selected by OMNIVIEW will perform the services requested by DISCOVERY at OMNIVIEW's expense.

  • In the event that disclosure under this Section 5.1 occurs and even with the disclosure DISCOVERY in its opinion is unable to practice the OMNIVIEW Technology related to the Discovery Field, OMNIVIEW shall either perform the services requested by DISCOVERY or a service provider selected by OMNIVIEW will perform the services requested by DISCOVERY at OMNIVIEW's expense.

  • During the term of the option of this section, Section 2.1(a), OMNIVIEW shall not license any destinations in the Discovery Field without DISCOVERY's prior written approval.

  • For any exclusive license in the Discovery Field, Discovery shall have the additional right to match (such terms as are susceptible to matching) such license within 30 days of notice of a bona fide offer.

  • Upon the earlier of the grant of PDL and the maximum expenditure limit being reached in paying for the Subsequent Work Program in respect of that Discovery Field, all further operations carried out in respect of that Discovery Field, including any remaining Subsequent Work Program, will be paid for in accordance with each party's Participation Interest and in accordance with the terms of the JVOA.

  • The term of this Agreement shall be for the period commencing on the date as of which this Agreement is made (notwithstanding later execution hereof) and shall continue to be effective until 5 years from the date of first production from the Discovery Field or until the final Distributions after cessation of commercial production of Petroleum from the last Discovery Field, whichever is later.

  • Upon the earlier of the grant of the PDL and the maximum expenditure limit being reached in paying for the Subsequent Work Program, all further operations carried out in respect of that Discovery Field, including any remaining Subsequent Work Program in respect of that Discovery Field, will be paid for in accordance with each party’s Participation Interest and in accordance with the terms of the JVOA.

  • The term of this Agreement shall be for the period commencing on the date as of which this Agreement is made (notwithstanding later execution hereof) and shall continue to be effective until: (a) 4 years from the date of this Agreement; (b) immediately upon the completion of the Phase One Exploration Program and the Phase Two Exploration Program, or (c) until the final Distributions after cessation of commercial production of Petroleum from the last Discovery Field, whichever is later.

  • The term of this Agreement shall be for the period commencing on the date as of which this Agreement is made (nothwithstanding later execution hereof) and shall continue to be effective until 5 years from the date of first production from the Discovery Field or until the final Distributions after cessation of commercial production of Petroleum from the last Discovery Field, whichever is later.

Discovery Field means a Petroleum Field Discovered as a result of the Phase One Exploration Program or the Phase Two Exploration Program within PPL236, 237 or 238 or any PDL issued from or granted out of the Participation Area;

Related to Discovery Field

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of Xxxxxx Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How and Materials discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice in the course of performing activities under the Collaboration Program (whether solely by one Party or jointly by the Parties, in each case with their Affiliates or any Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing which perform activities under the Collaboration Program).

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Field means all fields of use.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Discovery Area means that part of the Contract Area about which, based upon Discovery and the results obtained from a Well or Xxxxx drilled in such part, the Contractor is of the opinion that Petroleum exists and is likely to be produced in commercial quantities.

  • Manufacturing Know-How means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the technology, data, designs, processes, methods, specifications and other know-how used in connection with the formulation, manufacture, labeling, packaging, quality control, release testing, and production of the Product, and all ingredients used therein and portions thereof.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.
