Commercial Location definition

Commercial Location means a publicly or privately owned place where persons are engaged in the exchange or sale of goods or services and multiple housing units designed for 3 or more families, except for elementary and secondary schools and facilities owned and operated by the state government. A separate building or group of buildings used for the exchange or sale of goods or services and having a single owner and manager constitutes a separate commercial location.
Commercial Location means the premises or site of a commercial entity.
Commercial Location means any commercial establishment including without limitation a bar, tavern, restaurant, hotel guest room, hospital patient room, or private office or similar establishment (and may, for the avoidance of doubt, include all public, private and free-to-guest facilities and all sub-distributees).

Examples of Commercial Location in a sentence

  • Private Commercial Location: By initialing the Private Commercial Location space above, you represent that the location in which you will receive and view programming under this Agreement may be accessible to the public and does not serve food and/or liquor for immediate consumption.

  • For some programming packages, a fee of up to $40 per month will apply based on whether your business is a Public Commercial Location or a Private Commercial Location.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, DISH may determine whether a location constitutes a Public Commercial Location or another type of location.

  • No new, first-time commercial DISHsubscriber or Former DISHSubscriber shall be eligible for this plan unless such subscriber: (a) has a place of business in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands that qualifies as a Public Commercial Location or a Private Commercial Location; (b) provides a valid busines s name, business address, phone number and business owner/proprietor name; (c) provides DISHwith a valid Qualifying Card; and (d) receives credit approval.

  • No new, first-time commercial DISH subscriber or Former DISH Subscriber shall be eligible for this plan unless such subscriber: (a) has a place of business in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands that qualifies as a Public Commercial Location or a Private Commercial Location; (b) provides a valid business name, business address, phone number and business owner/proprietor name; (c) provides DISHwith a valid Qualifying Card; and (d) receives credit approval.

More Definitions of Commercial Location

Commercial Location means all real property located in the Municipality which is not a residential dwelling location;
Commercial Location means a Public Commercial Location and/or a Private Commercial Location, as those terms are defined below in Sections 1.19 and 1.15, respectively.
