Directed Investment Account definition

Directed Investment Account means the Account established for a Participant who directs the Trustee as to the investment of all or a portion of the interest in any one or more of his individual account balances as permitted in Section 4.6.
Directed Investment Account means the separate Account established for a Qualified Participant pursuant to this section.
Directed Investment Account means the investment account of a participant that he elects under the provisions of Section 3.4(c) and that is credited with the net gain (or loss) on his directed investments.

  • A separate Directed Investment Account shall be established for each Participant who has directed an investment.

More Definitions of Directed Investment Account

Directed Investment Account means the investment account of a Participant which he elects under the provisions of Section 3.4(c) and which is credited with the net gain (or loss) on his directed investments.

All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

  • Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent) or if not rated, determined by the Adviser to be of comparable quality.

  • Qualified investment has the meaning set forth in Section 313.021(1) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, as interpreted by the Comptroller’s Rules.
