Designated Recyclables definition

Designated Recyclables means those materials designated by the City Manager for recovery or reuse. Any material having an economic value on the secondary materials market or that is otherwise salvageable shall be included and/or other materials that have been separated from other small quantity or large quantity generators for the purposes of being recycled for resale and/or reuse, and placed at a designated recycling or waste collection or storage location or in a designated recycling or waste container for the purpose of collection and processing, or any such designated recyclable materials collected under a mixed waste processing program. The list includes, but is not limited to: newspaper (ONP), mixed paper (MP), corrugated cardboard (OCC), steel, tin and bi-metal cans, metal coat hangers, aluminum containers, white goods, glass food and beverage containers, No. 1 and No. 2 plastic containers, all California redemption containers, used oil, used oil filters, organic yard waste, clean lumber, concrete and asphalt.
Designated Recyclables means those materials designated as such by the Authorized Enforcement Official or by this chapter.
Designated Recyclables means those materials designated as such by the Director or by this chapter.

Examples of Designated Recyclables in a sentence

  • The CITY agrees that it shall require that all Designated Recyclables separated from the normal Municipal Solid Waste stream that are collected by or on behalf of the CITY be delivered to Designated Facilities as defined herein.

  • The CITY shall be responsible for having collected Designated Recyclables transported to a Designated Facility as defined herein.

  • Recyclables Contractor shall 1893 Accept Deliveries of Recyclable Materials at the Designated Recyclables Trans‐Load Facility on the 1894 Saturday immediately following a Holiday.

More Definitions of Designated Recyclables

Designated Recyclables means the following two (2) categories of recyclable materials, namely, [1] all commingled containers, including glass bottles and jars; plastic bottles and jugs; and bi-metal and aluminum cans, foil trays and empty aerosol cans that contained non-hazardous materials (eg., shaving cream, whipped cream); and [2] recyclable papers, including all newsprint, magazines, junk-mail, boxboard, phone-books, catalogs, office and writing paper and flattened cardboard.
Designated Recyclables means those recyclable materials identified by Cayman Islands Government from time to time to be source separated by the communities for which separation and/or collection programs have been established and are being implemented from time to time.
Designated Recyclables means those materials designated by the City Manager for recovery or reuse through this Franchise or City’s Municipal Code. The list currently includes: Newspaper (ONP), Mixed Paper (MP), corrugated Cardboard (OCC), steel, Tin and Bi-metal Cans, metal coat hangers, Aluminum containers, White Goods, glass food and beverage containers, plastic containers, used oil, used oil filters, concrete and asphalt. This list may be amended from time to time in the City Manager’s discretion, based on market conditions or a Change in Law.
Designated Recyclables means the following Recyclables that are separated for recycling or reuse and have been identified as having a market value that makes their collection economically viable. The designated recyclables list is contained in Exhibit C. The list of Designated Recyclables may be amended in accordance with Sections 9.4 and 9.5.
Designated Recyclables means Residential Fiber, Containers, and Commercial Fiber and any additional materials agreed upon between the Owner and the Operator delivered by or on behalf of the Owner to the RMPF.
Designated Recyclables means Recyclables, as designated by the Authority, and modified from time to time by resolution and which shall be separated from the solid waste stream for collection and/or delivery to a materials recovery facility or other recycling facility.
