Additional Materials definition

Additional Materials means all raw materials, resins, chemical intermediates, components, excipients, and other ingredients and packaging materials and supplies, including Product Labels and Inserts, needed to manufacture the Product for use in the Field in the Territory, including costs for relevant in-bound freight.
Additional Materials means all materials or equipment, other than -------------------- the Regular Materials, purchased in connection with the construction of the Vessel, and have been authorized by a Change Order.
Additional Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 (Activities During Evaluation Period).

More Definitions of Additional Materials

Additional Materials has the meaning set forth in Subsection 11.1(b);
Additional Materials means all raw materials, resins, chemical intermediates, consumables, components, excipients, packaging, labeling and other ingredients needed to manufacture the Drug Substance and/or Drug Product, including costs for relevant in-bound freight for the foregoing items.
Additional Materials means all raw materials, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, intermediates, components, excipients, other ingredients, packaging materials and supplies, including Printed Matters, required to Manufacture the Product.
Additional Materials shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.2(c).
