Metal Cans definition

Metal Cans means clean, empty metal containers made of aluminum or tin- plated or zinc-plated steel, which are commonly used for packaging food, beverages or other products, as specified by the Agency in the rules and regulations and are free of food, beverage or other contamination.
Metal Cans means any cylindrical single walled container, with or without a top, cover, spout, and/or handle that is manufactured from metal sheets thinner than 29 gauge (0.0141 inches) and into which solid or liquid materials are packaged.
Metal Cans means tin coated steel cans, bi-metal cans, and aluminum cans used for food and other non- hazardous materials but excluding aerosol cans and cans that held paint, paint related products, pesticides or other toxic or hazardous substances.
