White Goods Clause Examples

The 'White Goods' clause defines which household appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, and ovens, are included or excluded in a property transaction. It typically specifies whether these items will remain in the property for the buyer or be removed by the seller before completion. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what appliances are part of the sale, preventing disputes and misunderstandings about what is included in the purchase.
