Used Oil. Any oil that has been refined from crude oil or has been 35 synthetically produced, and is no longer useful to the Service Recipient because of 36 extended storage, spillage or contamination with non-hazardous impurities such as dirt 1 or water; or has been used and as a result of such use has been contaminated with 2 non-hazardous physical or chemical impurities. Used Oil must be generated at the 3 Service Unit from which the Used Oil is collected. Used Oil does not include 4 transmission fluid.
Used Oil. Used Oil" shall mean any Oil that has been used for its intended purpose and as a result of such use has been contaminated by physical and/or chemical impurities.
Used Oil. 11 CONTRACTOR shall keep all Used Oil and Used Oil Filters collected 12 from SFD Service Units pursuant to this Agreement segregated from other 13 materials. CONTRACTOR shall also keep all Used Oil and Used Oil Filters 14 collected from SFD Service Units pursuant to this Agreement segregated from all 15 other Used Oil and Used Oil Filters collected by CONTRACTOR or generated by 16 CONTRACTOR until all CITY-required data has been collected and recorded by 17 CONTRACTOR. Such segregation includes segregation in the collection vehicles, 18 in the holding tanks at the processing facility and all times the Used Oil and Used 19 Oil Filters are in CONTRACTOR’s possession
Used Oil. CONTRACTOR shall at all time keep all Used Oil and Used Oil Filters collected from SFD Service Units pursuant to this Agreement segregated from other materials. CONTRACTOR shall also keep all Used Oil and Used Oil Filters collected from SFD Service Units pursuant to this Agreement segregated from all other Used Oil and Used Oil Filters collected by CONTRACTOR or generated by CONTRACTOR until all CITY-required data has been collected and recorded by CONTRACTOR. Such segregation includes segregation in the collection vehicles, in the holding tanks at the processing facility and all times the Used Oil and Used Oil Filters are in CONTRACTOR’s possession.

Used Oil. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Used Oil Waste Material” shall mean any “used oil” as that term is defined at 40 CFR 279.1.
