Derived Program definition

Derived Program means A DIGITAL FONT PROGRAM CREATED AS A RESULT OF A MODIFICATION, ADDITION, DELETION, REPLACEMENT OR ANY OTHER ADAPTATION TO OR OF A PART OR ALL OF THE LICENSED PROGRAM, AND INCLUDES A CASE WHERE A DIGITAL FONT PROGRAM NEWLY CREATED BY RETRIEVING FONT INFORMATION FROM A PART OR ALL OF THE LICENSED PROGRAM OR EMBEDDED FONTS FROM A DIGITAL DOCUMENT FILE WITH OR WITHOUT MODIFICATION OF THE RETRIEVED FONT INFORMATION.
Derived Program means a Digital Font Program created as a result of a modification, addition, deletion, replacement or any other adaptation to or of a part or all of the Licensed Program, and includes a case where a Digital Font Program newly created by retrieving font information from a part or all of the Licensed Program or Embedded Fonts from a Digital Document File with or without modifica tion of the retrieved font information.
Derived Program means a binary (object code) version of a software program created by compiling (i) Licensee Source, and/or (ii) a version of an implementation or any portion of SGI Source that Licensee has modified and/or ported to be compatible with Licensee's Product. The parties agree and acknowledge that Derived Programs are "derivative works," within the meaning of such term in the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C., Section 101 et seq.).

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Licensed Processes means processes which, in the course of being practiced, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Timber and wood-derived products means any product that contains wood or wood fibre, with the exception of "recycled" materials (see below). Such products range from solid wood to those where the manufacturing processes obscure the wood element (e.g. paper). Timber and wood-derived products supplied or used in performance of the Contract that have been recycled or reclaimed are referred to as "recycled" timber, which is defined below. Timber and wood-derived products supplied or used in performance of the Contract that are not recycled are referred to as "virgin" timber when the distinction needs to be made for clarity. Short-rotation coppice is exempt from the requirements for timber and wood-derived products and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.
