Digital Document File definition

Digital Document File means A PDF FILE OR OTHER DIGITAL CONTENT CREATED BY VARIOUS SOFTWARE PROGRAMS IN WHICH A PART OR ALL OF THE LICENSED PROGRAM BECOMES EMBEDDED OR CONTAINED IN THE FILE FOR THE DISPLAY OF THE FONT (“EMBEDDED FONTS”). EMBEDDED FONTS ARE USED ONLY IN THE DISPLAY OF CHARACTERS IN THE PARTICULAR DIGITAL DOCUMENT FILE WITHIN WHICH THEY ARE EMBEDDED, AND SHALL BE DISTINGUISHED FROM THOSE IN ANY DIGITAL FONT PROGRAM, WHICH MAY BE USED FOR DISPLAY OF CHARACTERS OUTSIDE THAT PARTICULAR DIGITAL DOCUMENT FILE.
Digital Document File means a PDF file or other Digital Content created by various software programs in which a part or all of the Licensed Program becomes embedded or contained in the file for the display of the font ("Embedded Fonts"). Embedded Fonts are used only in the display of characters in the particular Digital Document File within which they are embedded, and shall be distinguished from those in any Digital Font Program, which may be used for display of characters outside that particular Digital Document File.

Examples of Digital Document File in a sentence

  • If any Recipient performs Reproduction or Other Exploitation of a Digital Document File in which Embedded Fonts of the Licensed Program are used only for rendering the Digital Content within such Digital Document File then such Recipient shall have no further obligations under this Agreement in relation to such actions.

  • If any Recipient extracts Embedded Fonts from a Digital Document File to create a Derived Program, such Derived Program shall be subject to the terms of this agreement.

Related to Digital Document File

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Wedge filter means a filter which effects continuous change in transmission over all or a part of the useful beam.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

  • Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Computer Tape means the computer tapes or other electronic media furnished by the Servicer to the Issuer and its assigns describing certain characteristics of the Receivables as of the Cutoff Date.
