Delivery Terms definition

Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;

Delivery Terms means the period(s) set forth in the Confirmation for a particular Transaction for the respective Default Service designations, beginning at the top of the HE 01:00 EPT on the Commencement Date (set forth in the applicable Confirmation) and continuing through and including the end of HE 24:00 EPT on the Conclusion Date).

Delivery Terms shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 11.1 below;

Delivery Terms means any delivery instructions specified in the Purchase Order and in clause 5.2 or any other reasonable delivery terms notified to the Supplier by the Company from time to time.
