Delivery Terms definition

Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;

More Definitions of Delivery Terms

Delivery Terms means the Incoterms agreed in the contract, any amended or supplemented Incoterms in their amended or supplemented form, or, where no Incoterms have been agreed, any other individually agreed delivery terms.
Delivery Terms means the delivery instructions specified in the Purchase Order and as otherwise notified to the Supplier by the Company.
