Delivery Terms definition
Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;
Delivery Terms means the period(s) set forth in the Confirmation for a particular Transaction for the respective Default Service designations, beginning at the top of the HE 01:00 EPT on the Commencement Date (set forth in the applicable Confirmation) and continuing through and including the end of HE 24:00 EPT on the Conclusion Date).

Title in and to the Licensed Product shall pass from Company to Licensee on delivery in accordance with the Delivery Terms.

Delivery Terms shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 11.1 below;
Delivery Terms means any delivery instructions specified in the Purchase Order and in Clause 11 or any other reasonable delivery terms notified to the Supplier by the Company from time to time.
Delivery Terms means the Incoterms agreed in the contract, any amended or supplemented Incoterms in their amended or supplemented form, or, where no Incoterms have been agreed, any other individually agreed delivery terms.
