Delivery Request Form definition

Delivery Request Form means the Purchaser’s form under which the Purchaser requests Goods and/or Services as specified on such form to be delivered and/or performed under the terms of a Purchase Order which is expressed to be a framework agreement’;
Delivery Request Form a document produced by TfL pursuant to clause 3, setting out its requirements for the Products / Services from the Service Provider, which document, by way of example only, shall substantially be in the form set out in Schedule 7 or in such other form as may be notified to the Service Provider by TfL from time to time;
Delivery Request Form means the Company's official printed document on which the Company requests the Supplies specified on such form to be provided under the terms of a Purchase Order which the Company has expressed to be a Framework Agreement.

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;

  • Request for Tender (RFT) means the document issued by the City to solicit submissions to provide goods, services or construction for the City.

  • Certificate of Acceptance means written certification, delivered to Contractor and signed by an authorized representative of the State, stating that any Defects in a particular Phase or the Solution discovered after implementation and testing have been corrected as required under this Contract, and that the Phase complies in all material respects with all of the applicable Requirements.

  • Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the Settlement Website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Settlement Class members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.

  • Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Notice of Acceptance means the written notification and any accompanying documentation sent to the Consultant by the Principal advising acceptance of its Tender to provide the Services under the Contract.
