Request for Purchase definition
Request for Purchase shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(3).

Within two minutes after Prudential shall have provided any interest rate quotes pursuant to paragraph 2B(4), or such shorter period as Prudential may specify to the Company (such period herein called the “Acceptance Window”), the Company may, subject to paragraph 2B(6), elect to accept such interest rate quotes as to not less than $10,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Shelf Notes specified in the related Request for Purchase.
The Company will apply the proceeds of the sale of each Series of Shelf Notes in the manner described in the applicable Request for Purchase with respect to such Series of Shelf Notes.
Each Request for Purchase shall be in writing and shall be deemed made when received by Prudential.
More Definitions of Request for Purchase
Request for Purchase means any request for the purchase of a Note or Notes made by the County to the Purchaser, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, executed and delivered on behalf of the County by the manual or facsimile signatures of any Authorized Officer.
